Shea joined Arc Home in 2023 and brings over 20 years of progressive mortgage leadership experience. Mr. Pallante was previously President at a leading Non-QM lender and also led the building of 3 successful start-ups in the residential mortgage industry with a focus on sales, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management and strategic planning.
As Chief Lending Officer of Arc Home, Shea is responsible for overseeing all TPO originations and growing a world-class sales team with a focus on our clients’ success. Mr. Pallante holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Law from Pennsylvania State University.
