Stuart joined Arc Home in 2022 and brings over 9 years of financial services experience to Arc Home. Before joining Arc, Mr. Keplar held multiple in-house counsel roles at various mortgage lenders providing guidance to leadership in areas involving corporate governance, secondary market transactions, commercial transaction review, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and other areas as needed.
At Arc Home, Stuart leads all legal and compliance aspects of the company. Mr. Keplar received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
